Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse client mandates Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through proactive channels Build and nurture client relationships, advising on workforce planning and market trends Ensure compliance with industry regulations Collaborate with our internal team to continuously improve processes and frameworks

You Bring

Seasoned recruitment professional with 2+ years' experience as a contractor or freelancer Strong business development skills--comfortable pitching services and growing your own book of clients Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives Strategic thinker who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment Familiarity with compliance requirements in Singapore's financial or tech sectors is a plus Self-starter mindset: you own your pipeline and deliver results with minimal oversight CEI required , Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
