The company specializes in working with metals to repair and maintain equipment used in the petroleum and marine industries

Communicate with customers via teleconference, email, and online systems for enquiries and follow-ups.
Manage POs for confirmed orders and follow-up with customers.
Follow-up with customers on overdue payments.
Obtain endorsement from Sales Personnel on contract and quotation review.
Monitor the cost of sales and cost of production.
Organize and file all quotations, contracts, DO, invoices, customer feedback, and correspondence.
Perform any other additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Min GCE O Level and above
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Marine/Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
