Basic Salary: Up to $4,000/month + Attractive Commission





We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of securing corporate clients. If you're passionate about relationship-building and have a proven track record in sales, this is the opportunity for you!



Key Responsibilities:


Identify and secure new corporate clients for training programs Understand clients' training needs and propose customized solutions Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and training delivery Prepare proposals, quotations, and post-sale reports


Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, education, or HR services Ability to hunt for leads and work independently without constant supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients Good understanding of corporate training needs and sales cycles
