Job Description

Purpose:


Provide sales admin support for new and existing customers by advising on suitable products or alternative solutions to meet customers' needs; coordinate and process sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the business development team for any new potential customers.





Responsibilities:



Handle customers' inquiries and sales order Identify suitable products or provide alternative solutions to meet customers' needs Prepare sales quotations and arrange delivery Customer relationships management (CRM) Assist in the analysis of customer profiles to enhance the performance of sales channels Assist in collating feedback to improve sales target development Collect background data and descriptions of customer profiles from various sources Source, check, and negotiate prices with suppliers for product purchases Assist the Purchasing department in processing purchasing order Assist the Business Development team in coordinating leads on potential new customers Any other job duties as assigned by Management

Requirements



Good communication skills Able to work working independently and in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player who possesses initiative and can multitask Meticulous and have good time management * Possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
