Diploma or University Graduate Good communication and interpersonal skills Committed, responsible and aggressive Positive attitude Team player Proficient in MS Office



Key Responsibilities:



Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems Follow up quotation with customer Processes customer orders Coordinate between Sales and Production Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production Issue material requisition form Coordinate documentation for shipment Organizes and maintain reference files Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment Consolidation monthly sales report * Any other ad hoc assignments
