Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities.
Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
At least GCE O Level or equivalent.
Able to speak / write in ENGLISH & CHINESE is a must.
Knowledge in replying email is a must.
Good organization skills.
Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pleasant personalities and customer services oriented.
