Indoor Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description
We are a hardware supplies company located in Boon Lay area. Looking for a indoor sales co-ordinator, to report to sales manager and able to work under minimal supervision.
Job responsibilites:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and provide quotation if necessary.
- Co-ordinating with suppliers for purchases of items/stock.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Any other ad-hor duties assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Good communication skills.
- PC literacy
- Preferred with experience in hardware
- At least secondary education level.
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
