Job Description

- Position Title: Indoor Sales Executive/ Indoor Sales Officer
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + Fixed transport allowance $120 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Conduct detailed research and cold calling on Monthly Hot Target Accounts (HTA).
- Generate reports with activities updates on CRM System, minutes taking (when necessary).
- Prepare Import, Export, offshore, and trucking quotations to customers.
- Shipments follow-up and shipment coordination with customers.
- Work closely and support our sales team. Sending sales leads to the sales team for their prospecting.
- Handling of rates disputes/problem-solving.
- Follow up on customers\xe2\x80\x99 outstanding payments.
- Arrange insurance coverage for air import and offshore shipment.
- Notify customers of the latest implementations and measures (including rates update).
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by HOD.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Knowledge of the Cargowise One System will be an added advantage.
