To achieve Companys business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
To manage and expand existing business and contribute to meet sales KPI
Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact
Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
Coordinate with different department and act as the customers point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
Maintain teamwork by incorporating positive attitude
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls
Implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practice
Sales support preparing Quotation, oversea coordinate, monthly tariff & reporting
Carry out any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Company
Job Requirement
Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field
Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
Able to work independently or in a team-based environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferably 2 to 3 years experience in sales and freight forwarding industry
Possess knowledge on logistics, import/export procedures and Incoterms
Good command of English written and spoken
Good customer service and communication skills
