Job Scope

• To achieve Company\xe2\x80\x99s business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
• To manage and expand existing business and contribute to meet sales KPI
• Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact
• Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
• Coordinate with different department and act as the customer\xe2\x80\x99s point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
• Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls
• Implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practice
• Sales support \xe2\x80\x93 preparing Quotation, oversea coordinate, monthly tariff & reporting
• Carry out any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Company

Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences
