Job Overview:

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic indoor sales associates to join our retail team. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage as our company has large % of Chinese speaking customers.





The work is based in shopping malls, serving walk-in customers, introducing products, and completing sales.


No outdoor sales or cold calling required -- 100% indoor retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner. Introduce products and assist customers in choosing suitable items. Achieve monthly individual sales targets. Maintain store display and cleanliness, and assist with daily operations and stock replenishment. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin); English or Malay is an advantage. Friendly, positive, confident, with good customer-service attitude. Sales or retail experience preferred; training will be provided for new staff. Able to work shifts and weekends according to shopping mall hours. Able to work full-time in Singapore.

Salary & Incentives:

Basic Salary: SGD $2,200 per month Commission: 3% - 5% based on monthly sales performance Average Total Earnings: SGD $3,000 - $5,000 per month (basic + commission) Additional bonuses and rewards for top performers
