Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role is to maintain and service existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify sales opportunities and closing sales
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on accounts and leads
Build good rapport with customers, understand customer needs and requirements
Meeting customers to build rapport, maintain relationship, and expand database of customers
Answering to phone calls, emails and enquiries
Processing quotations, item status, arranging for deliveries to ensure customers orders are scheduled on-time
Follow up on sales order, shipment and payment status
Respond to customers' enquiries including quotations, order status, delivery schedules etc. promptly
Handles post-sales follow-ups or enquiries from customers
