The Industrial Manager (Tools and Methods) will bring support to operations (e.g. by using available risk management tools and methods to achieve operational excellence, advanced troubleshooting, KPI analysis), while ensuring that system and latest Group Standards are well deployed locally. He/she will also lead the Industrial Program in his/her field. As an Industrial Management team leader, he/she will share his/her knowledge to the peers, while closing the loop by updating Group Standards and requirements. He /she to ensure that the Air Liquide Industrial Management System (IMS) is well deployed at sites and Provide support and bring expertise to operations.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Incharge for the process safety and industrial management system and as a key stakeholder of process safety at sites, especially being the leader in syngas, hydrogen, hydrocarbon safety and oxygen specific requirements
  • Provide training in Process safety, validate modification on his/her field of expertise and perform periodic facility inspection
  • Ensure that IMS is well deployed.
  • Develop technical expertise in the respective unit process field.
  • Contribute to site teams Training & Qualification program
  • Propose new efficiency projects, based on sites / data insights
  • Prove support to operations at regional level example ensure appropriate Root-Cause Analysis and capitalization; bring expertise in analysing plant production performance; developing efficiency projects; advanced troubleshooting; support various projects and the EIS management.
  • Act as a Design Authority in his/her field, being a key player in the Management Of Change process
  • Ensure that technical documents and data are updated
  • Ensure to have a full knowledge of ASU/HyCO pool
  • Manage sustainability/renewal strategy of assets
  • Set technical procedures
  • Conduct Process safety workshop/trainings
  • Sharing of process safety knowledge and best practices with entities
  • Management the program deployment inclusive of set and deploy the program.
  • Detect ways of improvement, based on capitalization, root-cause analysis, Group Standards, technology intelligence
  • Liaise with project managers and sites to deploy the program appropriately
Are you a MATCH?
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in ASU and HyCO working environment.
  • Candidate with extensive experience in the Air Separation/HyCO Units process and into cryogenics technology preferably.
  • Candidate with regional working environment will be an added advantage
  • Good project management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong management experience and working with a team.
  • Ability to deliver results with Good time management skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and participate in multiple projects in different countries.
  • This role will be remunerated based on the domestic package.
