Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily maintenance and repair of factory water supply systems, drainage pipelines and sewage treatment facilities


2. Install and repair various industrial pipelines (copper, PVC, PPR and other materials) and sanitary fixtures


3. Perform pipeline system pressure testing and leak detection


4. Regularly inspect sewage treatment equipment to ensure compliance with PUB discharge standards


5. Assist in developing preventive maintenance plans and maintain maintenance logs


6. Ensure all work complies with the requirements of the "Sewerage and Sanitary Works Code of Practice" Third Edition implemented in September 2025


7. Handle emergency situations such as factory water leakage and blockages

Requirements

1. Legally authorized to work in Singapore


2. Possess Plumbing & Pipefitting Certificate issued by BCA or ITE Nitec Certificate


3. Minimum 2 years of industrial plumbing work experience; familiarity with industrial wastewater treatment systems preferred


4. Ability to read English engineering drawings and technical specifications


5. Knowledge of Singapore Public Utilities Board (PUB) relevant regulations and SS 636:2018 standards


6. Basic electrical knowledge preferred


7. Physically fit with good teamwork ability
