Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and experience.
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production and communicate with manufacturers and suppliers for product execution.
  • Conduct user research, analyzing user feedback and usage data to identify key opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Assist in defining, prioritizing, and detailing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Analyse test results, summarise and communicate these with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Define plans, monitor progress and report to management on technical risks.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Industrial Design / Product Development / Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Industrial / Product Design environment.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools to effectively demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Demonstrated a track record of delivering impactful physical products or features from concept to launch.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD skills (Rhinoceros).
  • Candidates with a proven track record of leading design innovation and driving the development of industry-leading products may qualify for a senior role.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to present samples of their portfolio (3D models, renderings, and sketches).
