Pandan Road * Salary$2,000 to $2,500 * Work WeekMondays to Fridays : 8:30 am to 5.30 pm, Saturdays : 8:30 am to 12 noon * Min. QualificationSec * Experience2 to 3 years * / RequirementResponsibilities
- Set up, maintain and operate industrial sewing machinery
- Cut material such as leather according to patterns
- Sew furniture / sofa using an Industrial Sewing Machine.
- Ensure that production procedures are carried on smoothly & efficiency
- Ensure of finished / final products meet customer specifications
- Secondary education, or its equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of related sewing experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of industry sewing machine mechanics
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Prior experience with Furniture / Upholstery Sewing Machine or Heavy Duty Sling Sewing Machine (preferably)
- Regularly lifting and positioning of components / heavy stuffs
- Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
