- Design and implement research-based developmental programs tailored to each infant's unique patterns
- Create enriching daily experiences that support cognitive, social, and physical development
- Maintain detailed developmental observations and milestone documentation
- Provide expert guidance to families throughout their child's developmental journey
- Ensure optimal learning environments that promote exploration and discovery
- Early Childhood qualification with focus on infant development
- Certification from a national early childhood regulatory body (e.g., ECDA, ACECQA, Ofsted, or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in early developmental milestones and assessment
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety protocols
- Excellence in family communication and partnership
