The Infant Educarer is responsive to the needs of infants. She creates a secure environment for infants through nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with them. The Infant Educarer works closely with colleagues and contributes to a culture of collaboration and collegiality. As an early childhood educator, she engages in continuous learning and reflective practice. Job Scope Perform routine care for infants Engage, nurture and motivate infants through play and hands-on activities Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the infant's development Requirements Candidate must possess the WSQ HIGHER CERTIFICATE IN INFANT CARE (HCIC) or an ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN EARLY YEARS (ACEY) At least 2 year(s) of working experience with infants is required for this position Must have a valid Child First Aid Certificate, as recognized by ECDA Passionate in working with young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well independently, as well as within a team Due to manpower quotas, we regret that only Singaporeans / PRs will be shortlisted
