Participate in own professional progression and career development through trainings and development programme Maintain positive collaborations and communication with parents and support centre-parent partnership.Job Requirements: At least 1 year relevant professional experience in an Infant care setting The candidate should hold a minimum of a Certificate in Infant Care Practice (CICP) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advance Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or Advance Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE), which is obtained from a recognised institution Applicants must provide original copies of their Certificates and academic transcripts for authentication; Certified by ECDA at EY1/2 or L1 Level Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word Able to work independently and also a team player Good command of English or Mandarin - verbal and written required for the childcare centre Attend courses, if required
