Job Description

Main job responsibility is to take charge of children aged from 2 months - 3 year olds in the centre. The Early Years Educarer is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for the children.

Duties and Responsibilities Plan and implement early childhood curriculum to meet the physical, emotional and social, intellectual needs of the young children Provide a safe and clean learning environment for the children in the centre Provide activities, apparatus and equipment to support the various curriculum areas planned for the children Ensure that centre\xe2\x80\x99s service meets the needs of children and families

We need trained/untrained (willing to attend training by Company)

Experience, Qualifications and Training Requirements WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) Valid first aid certificate recognised by ECDA; Registered with ECDA and attained the EY2 certification

Knowledge and Skills Required Demonstrate good active communicative skills Adequate knowledge of current early childhood care and education development theories, research and practices Ability to work well with children and families Is familiar of government regulations, quality assurance framework : Child Care Act and Regulation, Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) etc.
