Infant Care/ Childcare Teacher | Early Childhood Educator | Preschool Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide various experience and activities for children including songs, games and storytelling
• Establish routines, provide positive guidance and build children\'s esteem
• Conducting of lessons according to centre\'s curriculum
• Monitoring learning progress of students
• Building good rapport with parents, staff and students
• Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
• Guide, motivate and monitor Assistant Teacher/Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks
• Follow assigned work shift patterns of the centre.
• Perform other related duties as required
• Candidates must possess at least a HCIC / ACEY / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Diploma in Pre-school Teaching, those with EY1 & EY2 / L1 / L2 are advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school\'s policies and quality standards;
• Works closely with and supports the Centre Leader in management and delivery of quality curriculum
• Ensures effective and efficient operations of centre
• Establishes good relationship with parents and key stakeholders to ensure prompt and excellent service delivery
• Assists in planning, organizing and supervision of staff and programmes
• Assists in manpower planning and scheduling
• Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school\'s holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership) / DPL Certified
