INFECTION CONTROL OFFICER

Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7
Responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of
infection control programs and procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensures infection control and sanitation procedures are carried out in accordance with
the Hospital and national policies and guidelines on infection control prevention and
promotion. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitors and records incidence of infections in patients and staff, and liaise with
healthcare professionals regarding the implementation of appropriate infection control
measures. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct continuing education to keep staff up-to-date about changes in protocols and
standards relating to infection control guidelines and practices.

Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7
Possess the Diploma/ Degree in Nursing and Infection Control Training Certification.
Candidate in pursuit of Infection Control training may be considered. \xef\x82\xb7 Singapore Nursing Board Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of relevant
experience. \xef\x82\xb7 Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
