Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Influencer Engagement Associate to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, driving impactful market communication initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of collaborative projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong drive for results, contributing directly to our growth through effective partnership management.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and research potential collaboration partners, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, across various platforms relevant to our target audience. Initiate and manage communication with potential partners, effectively conveying our collaboration vision and mutual benefits. Lead negotiation processes for partnership terms, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget guidelines. Plan and execute end-to-end collaborative campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Monitor partnership performance, collect relevant data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer engagement and market communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project integration and maximize impact. Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to influencer partnerships, including content coordination, administrative support, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Strong execution capabilities with a focus on delivering tangible results. Experience in building relationships and communicating with external partners or stakeholders. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Optional: Any relevant project experience or internships are a plus.
