ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Information and Cyber Security (InfoSec) Office as an Intern in Project Management (PMO) function.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for collaborating with InfoSec leaders, creating, organizing, and maintaining various information and cyber security artifacts, and related processes & procedures. This person will contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Circles information security operations.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Information and CyberSecurity team Charter, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in information and cyber security reporting, tracking metrics and KPIs, creating company wide circulars and newsletters, security governance and assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository for information security artifacts, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly organized.
• Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure accurate representation of processes and procedures in the documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and standards related to information and cyber security documentation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Technology, Information Security or a related field from SMU, NUS, NTU or other equivalent universities
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in creating and editing documents using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
• Basic understanding of information and cyber security principles, concepts, and best practices.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical information and translate it into clear and concise documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with document management systems and version control practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks/Guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, MAS TRM) is beneficial but not necessary.
