Job Description

Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation and is currently looking for an experienced Infosec & Privacy expert to lead their security and privacy initiatives across all global entities.This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistency in their security policies, building data-driven insights to preempt future cyber threats, and tracking the performance of ongoing privacy and security initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security and privacy strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure consistency in security and privacy policies and procedures across all global entities.
• Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce policies to protect the organization\'s digital assets.
• Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure compliance with global information security and privacy laws and regulations
• Regularly audit security and privacy practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Data-Driven Insights:

• Develop and implement systems to gather, analyze, and report on security and privacy metrics.
• Use data analytics to predict and prevent future cyber threats.
• Track the performance of ongoing security and privacy initiatives and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and other departments to ensure cohesive security and privacy practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security and privacy matters with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators.
