Castlery is looking for an Information Security Specialist to join our Information Security team, which is a newly created team that manages IT and Information Security for Castlery\'s global operations and technology infrastructure.In this newly created role, the Information Security Specialist would be one of the pioneer members that would help plan, drive, and ensure governance, compliance and a secure work environment by working with our technical team and other key business stakeholders. This position offers a wealth of development opportunities and support. • Information security assessments (e.g. Penetration Testing)
• Information security risk and vulnerability management (e.g. Risk Assessments)
• Information security posture reporting and incident investigation
• Work with technology teams to design and implement information security related controls and mitigate risks
• Work with functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure secure practices and processes
• Conduct business impact analysis, business continuity planning and testing exercises

In general, you will be the \'Go-To\' Information Security expert who will constantly identify, evaluate, and manage information security risks and vulnerabilities, and also monitor and improve the security posture of Castlery.What you\'ll need

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security or other equivalent qualifications with outstanding academic achievements.
• At least 3 years proven track record working as an Information Security Tester, Consultant, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of information security risk and vulnerability management, penetration testing, business continuity planning, and vendor assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment, take responsibility, and lead changes.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Ability to deliver sophisticated ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Certification in CISSP or OSCP is a plus.
