Working location: Tuas (Company transport provided at various location)

Working day: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

System Design & Implementation

Design and deploy information systems architecture (hardware, software, networks). Develop and implement system integration solutions across platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintenance & Support

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Perform regular updates, patches, and backups. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Perform troubleshooting on hardware and software.

Security & Compliance

Implement cybersecurity measures and access controls. Ensure systems comply with data protection regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments, including phishing tests and training to staff.

Data & Analytics

Support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure data integrity and availability across systems and various platforms. Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.

Innovation & Optimization

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Automate routine tasks and optimize system workflows. Participate in digital transformation and cloud migration projects.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with minimum 1-2years of experience in IT support.

Experience in Microsoft Navision ERP, Power BI/Jet Reports/QlikView implementation including development, testing and reports.

Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) Database (SQ/NoSQL), and Networking.

Knowledge of cybersecurity Principles and Compliance frameworks.
