Roles & Responsibilities Isetan is a premium department store group offering a distinctive product mix — including contemporary emerging brands, premium designers and private labels, spanning fashion, beauty, food, home and more.
1. Level 1 support (remote/onsite), maintenance and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-user desktops/laptops, servers, printers and other network issues within the organisation. 2. Vendor escalation for desktops/laptop hardware purchases, repairs or software troubleshooting.
3. Maintain and review IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts. 4. Support, review & liaise with end users on the implementation of an IT governance framework, policies, systems, infrastructure to ensure compliance and alignment to guidelines. 5. Perform and participate in capacity planning, redundancy planning and execution of Disaster Recovery Plan.
6. Provide input for annual IT requirements planning and budgeting. 7. Involve and conduct regular system audit for IT effectiveness, efficiency and security. 8. Analyse & evaluate system & users’ requirements and make recommendations for IT upgrades. 9. As part of the digital transformation initiative, work with external service providers to implement new applications, projects or upgrades.
10. Liaise with multiple vendors and stakeholders in resolving problems in the rolling out of new applications and ensuring that project delivery is on time. 11. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT , computer science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; preferably with project management experience.

• Experience in CRM/ERP systems would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and a team player.

Report to : Head of Information Systems

Salary: $3000-4000
Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

Work Location: Isetan Head Office
