Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities. Provide strategic advice on technology solutions to meet business objectives. Design, implement, and optimize IT systems, including software applications, networks, and cloud solutions. Lead IT transformation projects, including system integration, migration, and digital adoption initiatives. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop technical documentation, project plans, and business requirement specifications. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions for business needs. Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5-10 years

of experience as an IT Consultant or in a senior IT role. Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, databases, and network infrastructure. Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS solutions. Knowledge of

ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications

is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory is preferred. Certification(s) such as

ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, or relevant cloud certifications

is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

business process reengineering

and IT operational optimization. Exposure to

data analytics, BI tools, or AI/ML technologies
