Job Description

Responsibilities:

Planning, setup, installation, Virtualisation, patching & upgrades, troubleshooting issues Develop, document and implement standard procedures for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade ensuring compliance to internal policies and processes Evaluate system architecture containing Middleware Applications and make recommendations as required. Assess and respond to Threat Notification and Alerts on software vulnerabilities. Escalate problems to vendor when required and follow through until resolution

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience with virtualization technologies, VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V. Strong background in datacenter design, architecture and cloud/virtualization management. Experience in High Availability setup, migration of VMware and Upgrade of ESXI hosts. Proficient in networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN), and storage (SAN, NAS). Skilled in automation/orchestration tools such as Ansible and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
