We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Director with proven experience in managing enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructures, specifically those involving the

Yonyou ERP system

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems, and driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, IT leadership, and aligning technology with business goals.





Key Responsibilities:


IT Strategy & Leadership:
o Lead and develop the IT strategy to support company goals, focusing on innovation and process optimization.


o Direct, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.


o Develop and execute IT roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.





Yonyou ERP Management:
o Oversee the implementation, customization, integration, debugging and continuous improvement of the Yonyou ERP system across the organization.


o Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the ERP system, from requirements gathering and system configuration to training, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.


o Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize business processes through the Yonyou ERP system and ensure it meets the company's operational needs.


o Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the ERP system, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.





System & Infrastructure Oversight:
o Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, hardware, and software.


o Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability by implementing best practices for infrastructure management.


o Lead disaster recovery and backup strategies to minimize system downtime and data loss.


Vendor Management:
o Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including ERP vendors (Yonyou) and other IT service providers.


o Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure high-quality service delivery.





Cybersecurity & Compliance:
o Oversee the implementation of security measures and protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.


o Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.





Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
o Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for hardware, software, and projects.


o Drive cost savings initiatives without compromising quality or efficiency.





Team Development & Training:
o Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the IT team.


o Ensure continuous learning and professional development to keep the team current with emerging technologies and industry trends.





Qualifications:


o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).


o Minimum of 7-10 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Yonyou ERP system.


o Proven experience in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructures and ERP systems (preferably Yonyou).


o Experience with cross-functional project management and process optimization.


o Strong background in IT strategy, cloud computing, and system integrations.


Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of the Yonyou ERP system, including system customization, implementation, and troubleshooting.


o Expertise in system architecture, database management, and IT infrastructure.


o Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and business leaders.


o Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.


o Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


o Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred so as to liase with our stakeholders in China.


Certifications (Preferred):
o Relevant certifications in Yonyou ERP (if available) or similar ERP systems.
