About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Program Manager to lead complex, multi-country technology initiatives. This senior role requires a strategic leader who can orchestrate large-scale programs spanning multiple projects, stakeholders, and geographic regions.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Lead end-to-end program management for complex IT initiatives across multiple countries Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks Coordinate interdependent projects and manage stakeholder relationships globally Drive program-level decision making and provide executive reporting Manage program budgets and optimize resource allocation Establish risk management processes and ensure compliance requirements

Essential Requirements

Industry Experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in global telecommunications product and service companies

Deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and service delivery Knowledge of telecom industry standards and market dynamics

Program Management Expertise

Proven program management experience (minimum 5+ years) - not project management

Experience managing programs with multiple interconnected projects Track record of delivering large-scale programs with significant budgets Professional certification in program management preferred

Multi-Country Experience

Essential experience managing programs across multiple countries (minimum 3+ countries)

Demonstrated success coordinating international teams and stakeholders Experience with different regulatory environments and compliance requirements Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration Professional certifications: PgMP, PMP, MSP, or equivalent Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud technologies
