Job Description

:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to user inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, updates, and security patches.
• Provide training and support to end-users on various software applications and tools.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new solutions and technologies.
• Manage and maintain hardware inventory and software licensing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for various systems and applications.
• Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Installation, maintenance and monitoring of CCTV cameras.
  

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with ERP Software, Microsoft Windows and Office suite, Mac OS, Linux, Microsoft 365 Business, Intune and SharePoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
