Job Description

What you will be working on:- Prepare, manage and award tenders including drafting of tender documents, handling tender interviews and clarifications, evaluating offers received and submission of reports for management\'s review - Obtain, compile and evaluate quotations from suppliers/vendors - Prepare budgetary breakdown and present cost report to management - Prepare cash flow projection for management\'s review - Prepare Letter of Intent / Letter of Award to consultants / contractors - Discuss and facilitate variation works, Extension of Time and final account with consultant / contractors - Prepare, review and verify progress claims, variation evaluation and certification - Close final account for contractual works - Review and interpret Contract Documents to manage contractual disputes - Draft and administer contracts, including outcome-based contracts, to manage contracts\' performances - Track and document list of assets and equipment and to report to management when needed - Other administrative duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:- Recognised Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent competencies - Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field; familiar with contract administration - Demonstrated good letter writing skills in respect of contract provision and external communication - Excellent use of Mircosoft Office, especially Excel and Word - Only Singaporeans need apply We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.About MHA - Internal Security Department (ISD):The Internal Security Department (ISD) confronts and addresses threats to Singapore\'s internal security and stability.
