Adecco is currently partnering with a IT industry based in Singapore. We are now looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to work at the intersection of customer and partners in this fast growing industry.

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Support Engineer with expertise in AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF),AWS network firewall, and Shield to join our team. In this role, he will be responsible for managing and maintaining infrastructure, focusing on AWS WAF, network firewall, and Shield-related components. he will play a critical role in ensuring the security, availability, and performance of cloud network infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 to 9 years\'of experience in Cloud Security
• Implement and manage AWS WAF rules, policies, and configurations to protect web applications from malicious activities
• Configure and maintain AWS network firewalls, ensuring proper access controls, security policies, and traffic filtering
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AWS WAF, AWS network firewall, and Shield technologies.
• Participate in incident response activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Provide support for network-related incidents and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and proactively address any network-related issues or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with network architects to design and implement network solutions that align with business requirements and security standards.
• Collaborate with security teams to review and enhance firewall configurations based on security best practices and organizational requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to understand infrastructure requirements and provide technical support

Skills:

• Strong experience in managing and supporting AWS WAF, network firewalls, and Shield services
• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, VPC, Security Groups, Route 53, CloudWatch, and AWS Shield
• In-depth knowledge of web application security concepts, network security, and firewall technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a complex infrastructure environment.
• Ability to gather written and verbal information from multiple sources, and assess and consolidate risks to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty would be a plus
