Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5.30pm, Friday (Hybrid Working Arrangement)

Salary: Up to $6,000
We are seeking an infrastructure and network support engineer to support and maintain the organisation's on-premises (mainly) or cloud servers, networking services, and virtualisation platforms, ensuring reliable infrastructure for all teams.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and support on-premises servers and virtual machines (VMs) using platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
• Configure and enforce firewall rules and network policies for different groups and teams based on service request tickets.
• Respond to requests related to network access, permission control, and virtualisation services.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, maintain accurate documentation, and administration works related to infrastructure and network support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in system engineering, network engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in system and network engineering.
• Experience with server operating systems (Linux/Ubuntu, Windows Server) and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, network switching, routing, and firewall configuration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and network policy management.
• Ability to manage VLANs and network segmentation.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
