Permanent position, Salary up to $9,500

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure infrastructure for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Define and uphold architecture standards with clear technical documentation and diagrams. Lead capacity planning, system performance tuning, and high-availability optimization. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and integration processes. Act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring clear communication. Evaluate change requests, recommend architectural improvements, and implement zero-trust security frameworks.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years' relevant experience. At least 2 years of involvement in large-scale Singapore Government projects. Strong expertise in infrastructure technologies (networking, firewalls, virtualization, cloud-native stacks, Linux). Advanced knowledge in enterprise Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE), including secure, air-gapped deployments. Deep proficiency in cloud-native and Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE, Rancher, OpenShift), container runtimes, and secure secrets management with KMS solutions (AWS, Azure, HashiCorp, Thales). Solid understanding of cybersecurity, IT risk management, security frameworks, and cryptography. Skilled in technical documentation and architectural design (HLD, LLD, diagrams).
