Job Summary

• Salary Up $6000 + AWS + Variable Bonuses + Yearly Salary Increment
• Location: West
• Monday - Friday, Office Hour

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and plan for developments in accordance with the latest MOH services and standards.
• Collaborate with end users to create Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and collect their requirements.
• Oversee or manage the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project implementation.
• Track the utilization of the approved budget and provide regular updates to management.
• Supervise the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment in line with the building works schedule.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness by organizing the launch of the new building, including the relocation from any existing facilities, if applicable.
• Provide support in areas such as strategic budgeting, workforce planning, clinical services, quality, technology, and more.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Good degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management or Engineering
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience planning and development, preferably in healthcare sector
• Possess excellent written and verbal communications.
• Resourceful and analytical, with ability to synergise data concisely for decision support
• Systems thinking and good in strategic planning.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
