Responsibilities

Perform daily duty on system monitoring
Perform incident management and escalate incidents to lvl 2 maintenance team
Perform weekly End Point protection updates
Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
Monitoring and check on server\'s health status
Management and Configure End user equipment
Generate Weekly report to give end user overview of system health
Manage and coordinate between customers and third party vendors for fault resolution where necessary
Provide operation support, maintenance and administration
