Position: IT Infrastructure Manager
Location: Singapore
We are looking for an experienced
IT Infrastructure Manager
to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our hybrid IT environment (cloud and on-prem). This role requires strong technical expertise in infrastructure, network security, vendor management, and IT governance.Key Responsibilities
Manage AWS, Azure, and O365 environments, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization. Oversee Windows Server infrastructure, patching, backups, and disaster recovery. Administer and troubleshoot networks, including firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs. Lead a small team of engineers and manage external vendors and SLAs. Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, MAS TRM). Drive incident, change, and problem management processes.
Requirements
Degree in IT or related field, with 8-10 years of infrastructure experience (3+ years in leadership). Strong knowledge of AWS, Windows Server, networking, and hybrid infrastructure. Proven experience in vendor and stakeholder management. Certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL preferred.
