Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Project Manager to drive integration activities following the acquisition of a business from another firm. This role will involve managing infrastructure projects across multiple teams, ensuring successful implementation of AWS cloud services, Active Directory (AD) systems, and other essential infrastructure components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, infrastructure integration, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage infrastructure integration projects from start to finish, ensuring that all milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Integration Activities: Oversee the seamless integration of IT infrastructure systems following the acquisition, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Infrastructure Systems Management: Work with AWS cloud technologies, Active Directory (AD), and other foundational infrastructure tools to ensure they are properly configured and aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to infrastructure integration and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project is completed on time and within scope.
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve processes for infrastructure integration and management to optimize performance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, with a focus on integration activities.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (specifically AWS), Active Directory (AD), and other fundamental infrastructure systems.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects, including scope, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and find practical solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in IT integration.
