Job Description

NTT DATA Singapore is hiring an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to

lead a large-scale Data Centre & Server Migration initiative for our banking client.

This is a 12-month contract role, working onsite at Alexandra Building, with full project ownership across planning, execution, and vendor management.





The role offers a strategic opportunity to manage infrastructure transformation, involving both physical and virtual server migration across multiple platforms and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data centre migration project (~10,000 VMs and physical infrastructure)

Oversee the transition between technology vendors and manage project lifecycle (plan, build, cutover, stabilize) Track and manage resources, schedules, scope, and cost Work with infra architects, engineering, build teams for design and implementation Ensure delivery aligns with compliance, risk, and security frameworks

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Collaborate with infrastructure stakeholders, technical leads, and external vendors Manage competing priorities, resolve roadblocks, and drive alignment on deliverables Present progress updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards

Governance, Risk & Reporting

Prepare investment decks, drive project committee (PSC/PWC) meetings Ensure adherence to IT process gates and audit/regulatory standards Maintain project dashboard, risk registers, and documentation Lead change control and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field 8-12+ years of IT Project Management experience Proven track record in large-scale data centre or infrastructure migration (>2000 servers) Strong knowledge of virtualization, physical server migration, infra design Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Certifications preferred:

PMP
