Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale infrastructure programs across cloud and on-prem environments. This role involves driving modernization, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives, ensuring system stability, security, and compliance while supporting business objectives.





The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in infrastructure delivery, cloud transformation, stakeholder management, and working in complex, regulated environments such as banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure transformation, modernization, and migration programs. Plan, coordinate, and implement infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Oversee server, network, storage, virtualization, middleware, and database layers to ensure high availability and performance. Manage infrastructure readiness activities including Infra Deployment Readiness (IDR) and Application Deployment Readiness (ADR). Lead OS and database upgrade projects, including EOS/EOL programs for Windows, Linux, MariaDB, AIX, and other core platforms. Drive cloud migration and containerization initiatives (e.g., OpenShift, AWS, Azure), ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with enterprise architecture. Partner with application, architecture, and security teams to align infrastructure delivery with enterprise standards. Manage and resolve technical risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring on-time delivery of critical initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams in geographically distributed environments. Oversee vendor relationships and service performance against SLAs. Ensure robust documentation, operational processes, and audit readiness. Provide leadership, coaching, and technical direction to teams, fostering a culture of ownership and delivery excellence. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation strategies.

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery and operations, with 5+ years in a leadership or project management role. Proven track record in cloud migration, infra modernization, and large-scale infrastructure delivery programs. Strong expertise in Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, networking, and database systems (MariaDB, Oracle, MSSQL). Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, containerization (OpenShift), and DevOps tooling (Terraform, Jenkins, Git). Familiarity with SRE principles, incident/change management, and ITIL-based service delivery. Demonstrated experience in the banking or regulated industries is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS or Azure Architect are preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Advanced certifications in Cloud, Project Management, or IT Infrastructure (PMP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, ITIL) preferred.
