Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solution Engineer who is an IT professional well versed in the field of Microsoft Products such as Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Lync Server, Microsoft Skype for Business Server, O365, Microsoft Azure, Unified Communication. Also accomplished in High Availability solution such as Failover Clustering, Network and DNS load balancing.

What Will You Do

• Able to work as a Deployment Engineer in a Project Team specialized in Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Virtualization Hyper-V, O365, Azure).
• To perform deploying, Migration, Configuration and Implementation of Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange Servers, Microsoft Lync Servers, and Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization.
• To provide solution for the Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and Lync Server to the enterprise customers.
• To migrate Active Directory, upgrade and deploy High Availability Solution.
• To migrate Microsoft Exchange Servers from Different Email Platforms such as Lotus Notes, Transition between the Exchange Platforms, High Availability Implementation such as Fail over clustering (Exchange 2010\\Exchange 2013\\Exchange 2016\\Exchange 2019 DAG, Exchange 2007 CCR, SCR, SCC failover clustering).

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or any relevant degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Microsoft technologies especially hands-on experience in cross-forest Active Directory migration, on-premises Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migration projects.
• Preferably possess Microsoft certification such as MCSE or MCP: Microsoft Exchange or Office 365.
• Proven experience in deployment and testing of endpoints, Office 365 services, Active Directory Federation Services, and modern authentications.
• Overall Office 365 security expertise including strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, sign-on and multi-factor authentication, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security.
• Have experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 related issues.
• Have experience in Deploying Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Servers (2000/2003/2007/2010/2016/2019), O365, Microsoft Lync Server, and Unified Communication.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
