Job Description

Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches\xe2\x80\x99 users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.\xc2\xb7 Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.\xc2\xb7 Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems\xe2\x80\x99 resources usage closely.\xc2\xb7 Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.\xc2\xb7 Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology\xc2\xb7 CCNA certification is advantageous\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in infrastructure system maintenance and optimization\xc2\xb7 Expertise in enterprise networking, including implementation and support of WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization\xc2\xb7 Proficient in managing Microsoft Server 2012 and newer versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable in internet architecture, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall configurations\xc2\xb7 Familiar with devices such as Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controllers\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; experience with PDPA is highly desirable\xc2\xb7 Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is advantageous\xc2\xb7 Additional skills in API/web programming and database administration are a plusTo apply, please visit and search for Job Reference: 24953To learn more about this opportunity, please contact Yingying at yingying.lai@gmprecruit.comWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 11C3793 | EA Personnel: Lai Yingying | Registration No: R1110239
