Job Description

Job Scope:

- Sweep, mop, and clean corridors, drainage and staircases

- Waste disposal daily, disposal from corridor to 660L for bin truck daily collection

- Dust furniture, shelves, fixtures, and wipe down countertops and tables at dining area

- Clean and disinfect common toilet (toilets, sinks) and Common facilities (gym room, MPH, office, turnstile and etc)

- Clean turnstiles, windows, and other glass surfaces

- Report any damages, defects, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly

- Ensure all areas are kept clean, orderly, and safe at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,300.00 per month
