Be the first point of contact for IT support across hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and maintain our IT systems, servers, and security setup. Test and troubleshoot our fintech systems to ensure smooth operations. Handle user access, onboarding/offboarding, and permissions. Keep data and systems secure, compliant, and always available. Work with vendors, track IT assets/licenses, and suggest smarter tools. * Jump in on IT projects like upgrades, integrations, and process automation.
