A fast rising real estate development company is in need of an In-house Legal Counsel.The In-house Legal Counsel is expected to provide expert and strategic legal support and advice to the board and its subsidiaries on relevant legal concerns, as well as the establishment of the various legal and compliance processes within the company and its subsidiaries. Human resources and basic labor law knowledge will be a plus.QUALIFICATIONS: Young, Male or Female, mobility required and preferably based in South MMLawyer with at least 2 years exposure in corporate advisory or related work experience in real estate sector or similarLaw Degree acquired from a reputable university.Have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the company and its subsidiaries as the legal counsel.

• Oversee human resources and recruitment activities

• Oversee general administrative requirements of the company

• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation, corporate counselling, risk management, and legal compliance.

• Promote awareness of relevant legal requirement and policies.

• Monitor legislation, regulations, and government enforcement activities.

• Review and act as gatekeeper for all agreements and contracts

• Advise on legal matters related to the company and its subsidiary with existing and new partners

• Establishment of processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

• Assist in all company's legal transactions, partnerships, and projects to ensure that all transactions and projects comply with laws and regulations including internal corporate policies.

• Participate in negotiations, contract drafting, and reviews with clients and third parties.

• Identify ways to enhance and support the enhancement of internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with contract terms and work with other members of the team to ensure swift and efficient contracts execution process.

• Provide legal assistance and support for any ad hoc legal issues/concerns that may arise from different departments.

• Supporting any other reasonable business request or duties as required.

• legal and compliance related to fundraising and/or PSE public listing in the Philippines.

• knowledge and experience related to joint venture agreements and private equity contracts,

• Local and international laws related to foreign investors entering the Philippines

• knowledge and experience in contracts and agreements in the real estate sector ; e-commerce platform; creation and review of terms & conditions for applications and websites; compliance for data privacy

• Ability to think strategically and creatively, identify and resolve legal issues

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
