The Role: Pool Technician
As our Pool Technician, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert keeping our ice baths and hot baths running perfectly. From crystal-clear water to precise temperature control, you'll ensure every plunge meets the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and performance.
Your role blends
hands-on technical care
with
preventive maintenance
and
system troubleshooting
. You'll manage daily water checks, coordinate with vendors for servicing, and keep our equipment humming so members enjoy a flawless recovery experience every single time.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
daily checks
on water quality, temperature control, and system functionality for ice baths and hot baths.
Conduct
preventive maintenance
on pumps, filters, heating/cooling systems, and water circulation equipment.
Manage
chemical dosing
and water treatment in line with health and safety standards.
Coordinate with
external vendors
for servicing, repairs, and inspections when necessary.
Maintain
detailed records
of maintenance schedules, water test results, and any incidents or system upgrades.
Respond promptly to
equipment faults
or member concerns to minimise downtime.
What We're Looking For
Experience in
pool/water systems maintenance
, HVAC, or related technical fields.
Knowledge of
water treatment, filtration, and chemical handling
(certifications a plus).
Strong
troubleshooting skills
and attention to detail.
Ability to work
independently
while collaborating with the club's operations team.
