Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business & Project Executive to support manpower outsourcing, recruitment, and events operations. This role offers a unique blend of project coordination, client servicing, and operational management.


Key Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and costings for manpower and events projects. Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including staffing, onboarding, scheduling, payroll coordination. Support recruitment operations by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for client assignments. Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of project timelines and service quality. Participate in planning and execution of manpower requirements during large-scale events, exhibitions, and VIP delegation programs. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including workforce management systems and process improvement efforts. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support management in monitoring operational performance. Source for new business opportunities and support the management in business development efforts from time to time.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, or project coordination. Good understanding of MOM regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving business environment.
